To start, you will need between two and six players, but four is generally a good number. Place yourselves at opposite ends of a long table, and split the deck so that each team has eleven cards each.

Then, you will need to take note of each card value. The “Lady” card can be used to discard, which acts to block the next player from picking up the discard stack, or she can be added to a “Clean Group,” which will add 100 bonus points.

The “Lord” is the highest card that you can get, and he counts for 20 points. The Lord card acts in much the same way as the suit cards do.

The “Villain” card blocks the next player from picking up the discard stack (just like the Lady does), but the Villain does not count for any points.

“Wild Cards” can be played with two suit card, and each Wild Card is different. A Joker will add 50 points each, while a Jester will add 25 points, so be careful. Wild Cards may also “freeze” the deck.
