The Days of UNO

Do you remember that great old game called UNO? UNO came in a colorful deck, and this game was more than a blast for the entire family. In fact, during the years that UNO was popular, card games were the best way to gather the entire family around a large table to enjoy an evening together. As television and video games take over family time bit by bit, many people have begun to wonder – will we ever get family time back again?

While the days of UNO may be gone, Hand ‘n Foot is here ... what does that mean, exactly? Well, Hand ‘n Foot has the amazing power to bring each and every family member to the card table once more. Families from all across the nation are starting to realize that their own relatives make the best friends around, and this is a priceless realization. As daughters team up with father to battle brothers and mothers, the dining room table never looked so lively. Many people that have decided to play Hand ‘n Foot are starting to remember those great old card games (such as UNO), which is why Hand ‘n Foot is spreading like wild fire.

Hand ‘n Foot is an excellent choice for family game night ... but therapists may find this game useful as well. Often, therapists will employ different games in order to encourage patient discussion (this works especially well with children). Once a game of Hand ‘n Foot is underway, patients will feel like interacting. In a way, card games are a lot like ice breakers – no matter who sits around your table, Hand ‘n Foot is the best way to keep your loved ones communicating. Whether it’s family game night, or simply time to gain a patient’s trust, Hand ‘n Foot can work in all kinds of unique ways. Though games such as UNO may be a thing of the past, Hand ‘n Foot is sure to last.
